Peking roast duck is one of China’s and Beijing’s most famed culinary specialties. So here’s one for the foodies, some shots of ducks being cut up and prepared in some of the capital’s famed restaurants (not our typical eating out venues considering our travel budget, but we went there with our Couchsurfing hosts):
